Some Steam games include additional DRM that requires a crack to the game's exe file. If it's using Steam Stub, you can remove it yourself with a tool called Steamless. In some cases you can find a cracked exe on gamecopyworld. Other than than that, you need a cracked exe from a scene group. Specifically the steam_api64.dll . Check your antivirus (Windows Defender) to see if the file was quarantined and restore it. I reinstalled it and Windows Defender qurantined HackToolWin32 till the FitGirl file checking thing then it disappeared, just wanted to ask if HackToolWin32 was safe or not. Definitely safe.
