So I removed Alternate Start and even did the good ol method of deactivating each mod until the problem is found. But that method didnt work, and it still kept crashing. In meantime on xbox you can use a small mod called New Game Shack alongside Alternate Start. What it basically does is put a small house in Helgen that you can fast travel to straight away and inside is a few doors that will teleport you to various locations to speed up the beginning of the game. 1 door ports you to Alvors House i've just downloaded the mod today but it wont work, i go into prison cell and go up to the statue and activate it and hear her talk but it doesnt give me any options, i've deleted the mod and re downlaoded it 2 times now and it still doesnt work.
